Processing & Production

All Print-on-Demand (POD) items are made-to-order via Printful once you place the order.

Processing time (printing + packaging): 2–5 business days.

Please note: Printful may automatically apply local VAT or sales tax depending on the destination country (e.g. 8.1% VAT for Switzerland).

Amazon-affiliated products are shipped directly from Amazon warehouses; delivery times depend on the product and your location.

Shipping Times

United States: 5–10 business days after processing.

Europe : 7–14 business days (subject to customs or duties).

Rest of World: shipping times vary by destination. Some countries may not be served by Printful, Please check the official Printful shipping restrictions for the most up-to-date list.

Customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships.

👉 Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

POD items (Printful):

Because POD products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or change of mind. Please double-check our size guides before ordering.

Defective, misprinted, or damaged items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details. A replacement or refund will be arranged.

Amazon items:

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled directly by Amazon under their official policies. Please refer to your Amazon account for instructions and return labels.

Refunds

POD refunds: Only eligible for defective, damaged, or misprinted items (not sizing issues). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Amazon refunds: processed by Amazon under their own terms.

Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
