Do you ship internationally?

Yes. POD products are shipped globally from Printful’s fulfillment centers. Amazon items follow Amazon’s shipping policies.

Some countries cannot be served due to legal or carrier restrictions. Please check Printful’s official shipping restrictions and shipping destinations list for the latest information.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order is shipped. Both POD and Amazon provide tracking where available.

Are there any taxes or import duties?

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Printful automatically applies the local VAT of 8.1%.

For the EU, VAT depends on the destination country and may be applied at checkout or on delivery.

Outside Switzerland and the EU, local taxes or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

What if I ordered the wrong size or design?

POD items: cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing errors or change of mind. Please check size charts carefully before ordering.

Amazon items: can be returned directly through your Amazon account.

What if my item is defective or damaged?

Contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number.

For POD items: we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

For Amazon items: please follow Amazon’s returns process.

Do you offer free shipping?

POD items: Shipping rates depend on product and location (usually $4–6 in the US for a t-shirt). Exact shipping costs are shown at checkout. See Printful’s shipping rates guide.

Amazon: Free shipping is available with Prime (subject to Amazon policies).
